General information on which details are used for which features.
Names, email addresses and password authentication information are processed to create accounts and sign in. IP addresses and activity logs may be used for security verification, rate limits and abuse reviews. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
Published listing titles, descriptions, photos, locations and prices may be visible to visitors. Additional profile details and listing contact fields follow sign-in and visibility rules. Phone numbers or emails written in a public description may be read without signing in; use the dedicated contact fields instead.
Conversation participants can see their messages. Authorised administrators may review on-site conversations for security and moderation even without a report. Each administrator view is logged with the administrator, conversation and time. Defined abusive and threatening expressions are checked automatically when sending messages. Matching messages are not sent; repeated attempts may temporarily pause messaging. Blocked attempts record the member, matched rule and time, not the full unsent message. Contact the Help centre about incorrect blocking. Support requests and screenshots are visible to the requester and support administrators. Do not share passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive data.
Premium orders retain package, payment-notification and transaction records. The current payment method is bank transfer. Technical data may be processed by hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare security and Turnstile bot verification services. Recipients, transfer conditions and legal grounds must also be explained in an operator-specific privacy notice.
If you allow location access, your city is selected automatically for searching. Your precise location is not sent to or saved by us; your profile city does not change. Searches use only the chosen city. You can choose a city manually without permission, or withdraw permission in browser settings.
Session cookies maintain sign-in and security functions. Security services may also use technical identifiers. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, their conditions must be explained separately and required choice mechanisms provided. Your language choice is stored in the ss_language cookie for up to one year. Change it using the language selector.
Data should be retained only as long as required for service delivery, security, dispute assessment and applicable legal obligations. Operator-specific retention periods and deletion procedures must be defined separately. Rights under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) include learning whether your data is processed, requesting information on purposes and recipients, requesting correction of inaccurate data and deletion where the conditions apply, and other statutory application rights.
